Slow service in Florence

Italy
Italian ice cream is generally excellent. The same can`t be said about italian customer service. I wanted to try the ice cream at Gelateria Rimascimiento in Florence ( Firenze ), but all the four employees were busy. They were all staring at a blender for about 10 minutes.
|
In that time several people came into the parlour, and almost all of them gave up and left because none of those behind the counter seemed to care about the customers. It seemed like someone ordered a milkshake and that required four people to facilitate. On the other hand when I finally got served the girls were friendly.

I ate three scoopes of ice cream in a medium cup for just under 3 euros. You choose your flavours as normal in most italian ice cream parlours. There were a sofa you could sit in but not really a cafè. And the ice cream was very good.
